Manage Octopus API Scheduler

Follow the steps below to remove any Octopus API Scheduler services from your GivEnergy system and regain full manual control:

  1. Go to www.givenergy.cloud and log in with your account details.
  2. Once logged in, head to your Dashboard. If it doesn’t load automatically, select it from the menu.
  3. On the left-hand menu, click Account Settings.
  4. In the top-right corner, click or tap on Account Security Settings.
  5. Scroll down to the section titled Connected Services.
    Here, you’ll find any Octopus API Scheduler services that have been linked to your account.
  6. Click the bin (delete) icon next to the Octopus entry to fully remove the integration.

Final Steps

After removing the integration:

  • Open the GivEnergy mobile app.
  • Ensure ECO Mode is turned back on.
  • Set your preferred charge times in the app based on your usage habits.
