Manage Octopus API Scheduler
Follow the steps below to remove any Octopus API Scheduler services from your GivEnergy system and regain full manual control:
- Go to www.givenergy.cloud and log in with your account details.
- Once logged in, head to your Dashboard. If it doesn’t load automatically, select it from the menu.
- On the left-hand menu, click Account Settings.
- In the top-right corner, click or tap on Account Security Settings.
- Scroll down to the section titled Connected Services.
Here, you’ll find any Octopus API Scheduler services that have been linked to your account. - Click the bin (delete) icon next to the Octopus entry to fully remove the integration.
Final Steps
After removing the integration:
- Open the GivEnergy mobile app.
- Ensure ECO Mode is turned back on.
- Set your preferred charge times in the app based on your usage habits.
