How to Migrate Your GivEnergy Account to SSO

This guide will walk you through migrating your GivEnergy account to Single Sign-On (SSO). Please follow each step carefully to ensure a smooth transition.

Step 1: Log into Your Account

  1. Open a web browser such as Safari or Google Chrome.
  2. Go to www.givenergy.cloud.
  3. Log in using your existing GivEnergy account credentials.
  4. This step can be completed on either a mobile device or a laptop.

Step 2: Access Account Settings

  1. Once logged in, locate the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click Account Settings.

Step 3: Manage Account Security

  1. At the top of the screen, select the Manage Account Security button.
  2. In this section, you will find the option for Single Sign-On (SSO).
  3. Click MIGRATE TO SSO.

Step 4: Complete the SSO Migration

  1. Check your email for a verification code.
  2. If prompted to create a user for SSO:
    • Use the same email address you normally use for your GivEnergy account.
    • Set a similar or identical password for consistency.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to your email when prompted.
