Programming the GEM630MCT Meter from ID1 to ID2
Overview
Meters can be configured with IDs 1–8. ID 1 monitors the main grid; ID 2 monitors an external PV inverter or device.
Steps to Change ID

Press and hold ENTER until the password screen appears.

Enter password 1000 using arrow buttons ▲ ▼ to select digits.

Hold ENTER to confirm.

Scroll to the ID page using ▲ ▼.

Press ENTER to edit.
Set the ID value:
-
001 = ID1 (Grid)
-
002 = ID2 (PV string)
-
Hold ENTER to save.
-
Press FUNC to exit back to the main display.
Tips
-
After programming, power-cycle the meter.

Confirm new ID by scrolling through display pages until ID number appears.
