How to log into the portal

The GivEnergy portal is your advanced online tool for monitoring and configuring your system.

  1. Visit givenergy.cloud.

  2. Click Log In.

  3. Enter the same username and password you use for the app.

  4. If you’ve set up SSO (single sign-on), select the SSO login option.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you can’t log in, reset your password.

  • Make sure you are on the correct site: givenergy.cloud not a third-party.
