Troubleshooting missing data in your portal

If you notice gaps or missing information in your portal graphs, this is usually caused by internet connectivity issues.

  • Data is uploaded live from your inverter to the GivEnergy cloud.

  • If your inverter loses Wi-Fi, you may see gaps in graphs.

  • Once reconnected, data resumes but missing periods cannot be recreated.

Troubleshooting:

  • Check your home Wi-Fi and inverter dongle connection.

  • Follow our Wi-Fi guidance to reconnect if needed.

When to Contact Support:

If your portal shows frequent long gaps even with a stable connection.
