How do I update firmware on a stackable battery?
Stackable batteries require a staged update using a USB stick.
Use a USB stick 8GB or smaller (avoid Sandisk/Kingston).

Copy the two firmware files (BCONFIG and BABAXXX) onto the stick.

Insert the stick into the top battery.

The stack will flash lights for up to 30 minutes.

When the lights return to solid green, the update is complete.
When to Contact Support:
If the update doesn’t complete after 30 minutes or files remain on the USB stick.
