How do I connect and reset my smart plugs?
Smart plugs help you control appliances and link them with your GivEnergy system. If they stop responding, a reset usually fixes the issue.
To reset a smart plug:
-
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.

Release the button and wait 10 seconds.
-
Press and hold the button again for 5 seconds.
