First steps after installation

Once your installer has set up your GivEnergy system, you only need to do a few things to get started.

  1. Confirm that your installer has handed over the system and shown you the basics.

  2. Create your GivEnergy account using the installer’s instructions.

  3. Download the GivEnergy app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  4. Log in with the details you were given during setup.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you haven’t received account details, check with your installer first.

When to Contact Support:

If your installer is unavailable and you cannot access your account.
