Understanding the Power Flow diagram

The Power Flow diagram in your app and portal shows how energy is moving through your home in real time.

  • Grid bubble → Home: You’re importing electricity.

  • Solar bubble → Home: Solar is powering your home directly.

  • Battery bubble → Home: Your battery is discharging to cover usage.

  • Battery bubble → Grid: You’re exporting stored energy to the grid.

Tip: Bubbles move in the direction energy is flowing.

Troubleshooting:

  • If flows don’t seem to match your usage, check your internet connection (data updates every few seconds).

When to Contact Support:

If the diagram is persistently blank or inaccurate.
