  • Communications: USB/Wi-Fi/GPRS modules and CAN/RS485 ports as required.

EPS (Emergency Power Supply)

  • Supports up to 3000W output for essential circuits.
  • Requires overload protection up to 20A.
  • Must be installed using approved EPS switching methods.

AC Utility Grid Connection

  • Minimum 2.5mm² AC cable recommended.
  • Breakers and RCDs must match installation load requirements.
  • An earth rod must be installed at the supply origin.

Battery Connection

  • Use 16mm² DC cables as a minimum.
  • Gen 1 batteries require a DC MCB in-line.
  • Compatible with both Gen 1 and Gen 2 GivEnergy batteries.

Commissioning

  • Log in at portal.givenergy.cloud.
  • Confirm the battery, inverter, and meter are detected.
  • Configure battery parameters and operational settings.
  • Verify meter communication and live data.
